A fan-made newspaper written from inside the world of the 1998 anime Cowboy Bebop (directed by Shinichirō Watanabe, produced by Sunrise). The Cowboy Bebop universe is a space western set across a colonised solar system in the 2070s, following bounty hunters ("cowboys") who work under ISSP — the Inter Solar System Police — for rewards paid in Woolong, the solar system currency.

The Weekly Woolong treats that universe as a living world and publishes a new issue every week as though it were a real paper.
